Founded on a belief that wellness, environmental stewardship, and economic opportunity belong together, we create plant-based self-care products that reflect our respect for nature and commitment to responsible business practices.
Our affiliated farming operation, Goode Pickens Farms, extends that philosophy into regenerative agriculture, pasture-raised egg production, and local food systems. Together, or businesses connect personal wellness with the health of the land and the communities we serve.

Who We Are
Sulee Stinson Clay, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Sulee leads the strategic direction, business development, and operations of Burnt Meadow Wellness. Her work reflects a commitment to entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, and expanding economic opportunities in underserved communities.
Wesley Frazier Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Wesley oversees agricultural operations and product development. He also operates Goode Pickens Farms, where he is advancing pasture-based livestock production and regenerative farming practices in southeastern Colorado.
Together, Sulee and Wesley operate Burnt Meadow Wellness and Good Pickens Farms, bringing complementary expertise to their shared vision.

For Burnt Meadow Wellness, sustainability is more than a marketing commitment. It is part of how we approach agriculture, product development, and business operations.
On our southeastern Colorado farm, we are working to improve soil health, support biodiversity, and integrate livestock into agricultural production.
Through Goode Pickens Farms, our operations include pasture-raised laying hens, sheep, forage production, and efforts to restore and improve agricultural land.
We seek to minimize unnecessary inputs, use natural resources responsibly, select thoughtful packaging options, and create lasting value for our customers and community.
Our approach continues to evolve as we learn from the land and develop more sustainable agricultural practices.
